Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will my order ship?
A: In most cases we ship directly from the manufacturer. The lead time for each product differs and is posted on the product page. We will send you an e-mail within 48 hours from the time you placed your order with the estimated ship date. You may also sign into your account to check the status of your order.

Q: Does my chair come assembled?
A: Most chairs are tool-less assembly. You will need to put the cylinder into the base and the chair on top of the cylinder. Certain chairs are offered set-up boxed for an extra charge.

Q: Does my table come assembled? Will it be delivered inside my home or office?
A: Your table will require assembly. If you have trouble with assembly, please let us know and we will have a technician walk you through it. Shipping companies are not required to bring the tables inside. If you need inside delivery, please let us know before you place your order and we will provide you with a quote for inside delivery.

Q: How do I return an item?

Q: How do I know what size WorkRite table to order?
A:WorkRite tables actual size are 2" less in length and 1" less in depth. If you are having trouble deciding which size table you need, please give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Q: Why are the Keyboard Tray Arms sold separately from the Platforms?
A: Each Adjustable Articulating Arm requires a Platform to make a complete unit. By selling them "a la carte", you have the greatest flexibility in creating a solution that will best suit your needs.

Q: Can I submit a purchase order?
A: We do accept purchase orders. Please follow download the Purchase Order Setup Form and fax it to 860-872-1983 for approval.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: We only charge sales tax for orders shipping to CT.
