Quick Overview

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied you may return any unopened items for a Full Refund Within 30 Days.
  • MC Ergo will pay the return shipping costs if the product arrives damaged, is deemed defective, or was shipped incorrectly.
  • Only open box returns are subject to a small restocking fee.
  • If product is not defective customer is responsible for return shipping.

To make a return an RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required. Please contact us to arrange your return.

Open box returns must be received in "like new" condition and in all original factory packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies for opened items. Please do not throw away any of the original packaging materials. Refund will be issued upon inspection and approval.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
