With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, the WorkRite Sierra HX Crank Cockpit Corner Workcenters, part or component of WorkRite Sierra HX Crank Cockpit Corner Workcenters which fails under normal use as a result of such defect.
