With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, the WorkRite Sierra Pin Rectangular Bi-Level Workcenters, part or component of WorkRite Sierra Pin Rectangular Bi-Level Workcenters which fails under normal use as a result of such defect.
